Please use the following form for urgent support requests only. For non-urgent requests use the normal support e-mail.
The following type of problem's would be classed as urgent :-
- Website un-responsive - i.e. Showing DNS error
- No ping reply to your account / server
- E-mail not working (Receiving Only **)
- MySQL Database down
** Some ISP's block outgoing e-mail, please use your ISP's SMTP settings to send e-mail
