With the addition of a secure SSL certificate from Thawte you can
provide a secure environment for customers wishing to start up their e-commerce
business.
We can provide the Secure SSL Certificate at a lower cost then you would pay
if you ordered direct from Thawte, just another reason to purchase from us.
Each server comes pre-installed with Slackware Linux, and all the software
needed to provide a stable, secure and fast hosting environment. Redhat and
FreeBSD are also available upon request. We have our own control panel or
customers requiring Redhat or FreeBSD can also have Webmin installed
free of charge as well as have root access. The only limitations are no root
access + our control panel. Webmin will not run on our Slackware default
installation

Everything is upgradeable either at the order stage or after the server is live. Upgrades normally take place within 7 days however if there is an urgent upgrade then there is a charge for an engineer goto site to install the upgrade.
Engineer time $120.00 per hour (Urgent requested On site upgrades are charged at 2 hours for travel time + upgrade install time **)
** Engineers are onsite at various times during the month, and if the upgrade is not urgent these can be done when the engineer is onsite, hence you only pay for the time to do the upgrade and not the travel time.

We would recommend that customers order a min of 512Mb Ram
Each server uses the same build as the current reseller/hosting servers, these run Slackware 8 OS, and the reseller control panel allowing you to manage the server. Other options are available upon request.
If you require root access we do not add the control panel for security reasons, if you would prefer an OS such as FreeBSD or Redhat we can also install these and also install Webmin to allow you to mange the server. It depends on your needs for the server; we can't install webmin on our current server installs as we use a customized build for our servers.
