PHP4Hosting is a division of PFL Worldwide Ltd. We have been providing web services and Internet Consultancy since April 1999 and have our own networks of servers running Linux and Apache (Inc Mod Perl, Mod PHP, Perl, Mod Gzip).
Our web hosting reseller system is designed in-house and operates from servers located in the US and the UK (Docklands). Our main offices are located in Essex, England. While our main US datacenter's are located in Seattle USA and London Docklands.UK
We also have servers colocated in other US states and Manchester UK.
Phone support is provided for Web Hosting / reseller and Dedicated server customers only, users of any other service please use e-mail support.
E-mail support is our preferred method of communication.
Our aim is to provide you "the customer" with the fastest and friendliest service possible, with a quick turnaround for support.
Please send all e-mail in plain text format. HTML formatted messages are non-standard and our e-mail queue system does not always handle them properly. For security reasons, we do not accept MS Office documents
(Word, Excel, etc.) or any Windows executables.
* Abuse of the out of hours telephone system will result in your account being closed. Please only report problems that are URGENT and that are related to our service
** Please note that we are unable to return calls to UK Mobile phones. Customers are also advised that the prefered support method is via e-mail.
